Oracle EBS:
Job Description:
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle EBS)
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS applications.
- Document system designs, business processes, and development tasks. Generate and submit reports using various reporting tools.
- Knowledge of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication systems, log management, content filtering
- Experience in technical specifications and design, Oracle forms, reports, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, and with supporting Oracle EBS R12 and integrations using Java technologies
Oracle PL/SQL:
Job Description:
- Working knowledge of Oracle 11g/Oracle 12c added capabilities and functionality.
- Strong programming/development skills using PL/SQL (package, procedures, functions, triggers) and batch coding skills such as Bulk collections, dynamic SQL, and parallel processing.
- Experience working with source control.
- Should be good in advance plsql/tuning/UTL feature/ Developer Tools(toad)
- Proficient in performance tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing and Hints.

- Assist with the gathering and analysis of client requirements for SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementations.
- Create and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configurations.
- Configure and test SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Provide training to end users on SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules.
- Need to have hands on experience on SAP Success Factors – EC/RM/TM methodologies.
