💼 Job Role: Technical Support Associate

• Experience Required: 1–4 years

• CTC Offered: ₹2.75 to ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience)

• Location: Chennai

• Work Mode: Work from Office

• Industry: BPO / BPM / ITES

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Shifts: Rotational shifts (majorly night shifts), 5-day work week

• Transport: Two-way cab within 25 km radius (as per shift)

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Must be an immediate joiner

• Minimum 6 months experience in international voice support (non-healthcare)

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)

• Basic tech knowledge: Ability to troubleshoot common device/WiFi issues

• Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream
