Money Movement
- Process client transactions including transfers, withdrawals, and deposits
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of financial transactions
- Verify transaction details and client instructions to prevent errors
- Monitor transaction activities and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist clients with inquiries related to their transactions and account balances
- Provide updates and support throughout the money movement process
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to transactions
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and transaction processing systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with payment processing would be an asset.
- Achieving predefined targets with reliability.
Common skills set for above: Reference Data, static data, data remediation, Capital Market, backend operation, Trade confirmation, interpretation of financial data, financial transaction, payments.
Criteria
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and account management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Prior experience in financial services or transaction processing is a plus
- Familiarity with banking operations or money movement procedures is advantageous
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage transaction workflows effectively
