Infosys BPM is looking to hire for the position Citizen Service Process Executive/ Sr.Process Executive. This position requires B.Com,M.Com,BBA,MBA,BA,MA,BCA with prior experience. Job Role or Description

• Good Communication skills (Oral and Written)
• Good/Average Analytical skills, as this role involves lot of calculations, hence people good at numbers are preferred/encouraged
• Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLAs
• Candidates needs to be flexible with complete night shift
• Knowledge of US/Canadian Mortgage will be added advantage for 2B
• Hands on experience of US/Canadian Mortgage will be preferred for 2A
• Have the ability to multi task and meet the targets within defined timelines
• Understand the as-is processes and provide suggestions for to be processes as per the requirements
