🔍 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage AML, KYC compliance & fraud detection activities
- Ensure SLA and KPI targets are consistently met
- Generate and maintain process quality reports
- Perform detailed investigations using tools like LexisNexis and Nice Actimize
- Handle fraud-related cases for UK/US banking clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for performance reporting and reviews
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduation (except BCA/BSc Computer Science)
- Experience: 1-2 years in banking, preferably UK/US clients
- Knowledge of Online and Deposit Fraud Detection
- Familiarity with fraud management tools
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
