Tech Mahindra is hiring for Voice and Non-Voice Customer Support roles. Candidates will be responsible for resolving customer queries via calls, emails, and chat while maintaining high service standards.

Provide customer support via calls, email, and chat

Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Follow internal processes and service level agreements (SLAs)

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
🎓 Eligibility & Skills

Education: Graduates or Undergraduates (Graduation Not Required)

Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers can apply)

Voice Process: Good communication in Hindi & English

Non-Voice Process: Excellent English communication skills

Basic understanding of customer support operations

Ability to work in day shift with two days rotational week off
