Handle Fraud and Dispute Chargeback processing for US-based bank cards

Good understanding of Visa & MasterCard reason codes for fraud/non-fraud transactions

Analyze transaction disputes and ensure accurate case resolution

Maintain quality and TAT standards as per client expectations
