💼 Job Summary

As a Commercial Pre-Closing Specialist, you’ll support Relationship Managers by handling loan documentation, verifying entity documents, managing pre-closure requirements, and coordinating with underwriting teams to ensure smooth commercial loan processing.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Review and input loan applications, verify data in Commercial Loan systems (CML)

• Conduct due diligence: appraisals, UCC searches, entity document checks

• Ensure compliance with credit and loan structuring policies

• Coordinate with RMs, Credit Admin, Loan Operations & Legal teams

• Manage timelines and documentation for seamless loan closures

• Assist in escalations and team mentoring (for Senior/Lead roles)

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong analytical and documentation review skills

• Good understanding of loan policies and banking operations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to thrive under deadlines and multitask in fast-paced environments

• For Senior/Lead roles: Prior experience in training, escalations, or team support
