💼 Job Description
Join IndusInd Bank’s Merchant Acquisition team and take charge of building strong merchant relationships, driving sales, and enhancing digital payment adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard merchants for POS Machines and Sound Boxes.
- Engage and visit retail and digital portfolio merchants assigned.
- Drive activation, win-back, and portfolio enhancement for merchants.
- Maintain complete volume share for both POS and UPI channels.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products like Soundbox, POS, and other banking solutions.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and cross-sell targets as defined by management.
- Source new merchant accounts through expansion leads, new outlets, or self-employed segments.
- Ensure document verification (KYC) and maintain data accuracy.
- Visit customers’ premises for documentation and file login as per policy.
- Ensure compliance with all sales and operational norms.
👤 Candidate Requirements
✅ Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in Banking or Insurance
✅ Experience in CA Sales or Financial Product Sales
✅ In-depth knowledge of Merchant Acquisition and POS Business
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
