🧾 Job Description – Commercial Pre-Closing Specialist
Join a team that collaborates with Relationship Managers to process and structure new or renewal commercial banking loans. This role demands excellence in loan documentation, compliance checks, appraisal reviews, and close coordination with cross-functional departments.
💼 Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end commercial loan pre-closing processing
-
Review loan submissions, perform due diligence
-
Manage UCC Searches, Title Insurance, and appraisal documentation
-
Coordinate with Credit Underwriters, RMs, Legal & Loan Operations
-
Maintain data accuracy in internal systems
-
Prepare or validate loan documentation
-
Prioritize large pipelines under tight SLAs
📌 Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 1–5 Years in BFSI/Commercial Banking Operations

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
