Job Details

Positions: Senior Process Executive & Process Specialist (SME) – US Mortgage Loan Servicing
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree mandatory)
Industry: BFSI / Analytics / KPO
Shifts: Rotational Night Shifts (Rotational weekly offs)
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Work Location: Bengaluru
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily loan servicing operations and ensure timelines are met
• Review and validate updates from onshore teams
• Support team leads with training and process improvements
• Perform transaction analysis, reporting, and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines
• Resolve escalations to maintain SLA targets and customer satisfaction
• Identify process gaps and assist in documentation

Skills & Requirements:

✅ 1–5 years of Loan Servicing experience
✅ Knowledge of loan servicing applications and industry regulations
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
✅ Attention to detail and ability to work in night shifts
