Job Details

Position: CASA & Liabilities Acquisition – Sales
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire CASA & liability accounts through cold calling, market references, and cross-selling
• Sell third-party financial products (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds SIPs)
• Implement branch-level sales and marketing activities to grow liabilities business
• Build new customer relationships and leverage existing ones to meet acquisition targets
• Generate leads from multiple channels including campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and associations
• Ensure smooth account opening and onboarding experience for NTB (New to Bank) customers
• Comply with KYC and AML guidelines, adhering to bank policies and data confidentiality norms
