Job Summary
- Handle end-to-end finance & accounting processes
- Support billing, invoicing, and engagement lifecycle
- Work with stakeholders including MBA, PFA, and finance teams
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency
- Manage high-volume transactions under tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations
- Invoicing (scheduled, adhoc, bulk, WIP)
- Billing support & invoice delivery (including 3rd-party systems)
- Engagement setup, maintenance & lifecycle management
- Account payable submissions & expense transfers
Process & Control
- Handle preventive control tickets (ETC, pre-close, engagement release)
- Maintain SLA, TAT, and service delivery metrics
- MIS reporting and support for global accounts
Collaboration
- Coordinate with global finance teams and stakeholders
- Support special finance projects and audits
Skills Required
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in invoicing, billing, and finance operations
- Understanding of SLA, TAT & service delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- Finance background mandatory
- 1–3 years relevant experience required
- Immediate joiners preferred
