Job Description: As a Process Trainee at Infosys BPM, you will be responsible for performing qualitative and quantitative research, interpreting data, and providing insights based on client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include handling customer requests, meeting SLAs, and participating in process improvements.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to quickly grasp process knowledge and adapt to changing business needs.
