Job Description:
Lead a dedicated FP&A team, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with multiple partners and support metrics reporting for key processes.
Work closely with Business Accounting teams and internal partners to resolve financial issues effectively.
Utilize your expertise in financial budgeting, planning, and analysis to monitor team targets and budgets.
Present monthly financial reports and key financial levers to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Post Graduate / MBA Finance/B.Com Graduate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams and client discussions.
Knowledge of Macros/VBA is an added advantage.
