Responsibilities:
- Cash Application and allocation
- Collections connecting with customers through emails and phone
- Understanding on Credit Management
- Credit Insurance and follow-up
- Forecasting of cash flows
- Order approvals
- Other Monthly Reporting
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hands on working knowledge of SAP
4+ Years of Experience (OTC)
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to run CI projects independently
- Manage day to day program activities & meet defined SLAs
- Responsible for internal and external governances
- Process compliances & audits
- Manage escalations independently and do RCAs
- should have managed a team
- quality, risk, PPM activities & Transition experience is an added advantage.
