✅ PTP (Procure to Pay) Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing (PO/Non-PO)
- Payment processing and banking operations
- Vendor query resolution
- Statement reconciliation and vendor clearing
- Employee expense processing
- Monthly financial reporting
- Hands-on SAP knowledge preferred
✅ RTR (Record to Report) Responsibilities:
- Journal entries and month-end reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Fixed asset and inventory accounting
- Standard costing exposure (preferred)
- SAP hands-on experience
- Strong written/verbal communication
✅ OTC (Order to Cash) Responsibilities:
- Cash application & allocation
- Credit management and insurance
- Order approvals and cash forecasting
- Client follow-ups and monthly reporting
- Excellent communication required
