🔹 Order to Cash (OTC):

• Cash application & allocation

• Credit approvals, insurance follow-ups

• Forecasting, customer collections

• Order management and reporting

🔹 Record to Report (RTR):

• Journal entry posting & reconciliation

• Month-end close, fixed assets & inventory

• Standard costing (limited)

• Reporting and adherence to SLAs
