Cognizant Walk-in For Accounting Ops GL Sr. Executive/Process Specialist.
Job Description:Prepare journal entries and related support for various areas including month-end accruals, reclasses and recurring journals related to amortizations.Reach out to suppliers, business partner and FP&A monthly for month end accruals and analysis.Fixed asset accounting including asset registration, place in service, disposals and asset adjustments.Research and document any new applicable accounting rules per PCAOB and GAAP guidelines and provide analysis on applicability to LiveRamp.Perform monthly account reconciliations.Assist SEC reporting team with footnote disclosures.Perform monthly fluctuation analysis on GL accounts.Maintain an extremely high level of controllership while perform the above, no errors.Extensive knowledge of US GAAP.Stays up to date on GAAP and new pronouncements.
