As an AP Accountant at Adecco, you will be responsible for managing and processing vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduation (B.com)
Support with processing invoices through both workflow systems and financial applications Verify completeness, accuracy, including ensuring proper backup and necessary approvals for AP invoices prior to posting Perform matching of invoices to purchase orders on the system Manage non-purchase order invoice images to appropriate associates for approval 1-4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, P2P and T&E Excellent communication skills
As an AP Accountant at Adecco, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Invoice Processing: Handling vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Reconciliation: Performing monthly reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers
- Expense Management: Verifying and processing employee expense reports
- Vendor Relations: Communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies and manage payment schedules
- Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards
