Job Description/Skills Required
- • Prepare project plan and communicate the adherence to the same on regular basis. • Follow the Infosys Transition Framework and project tracking methodology • Deploy Project Management tools and techniques to regulate the project as and when necessary. • Prepare and maintain Project Management documents (Risk- Assumptions- Issues- Decisions) and drive the open items to a closure. • Track the project in terms of scope, schedule, quality and update the Project Stakeholders with the status of the project including Risk- Assumptions- Issues- Decisions as per the cadence. • Coordinate with all internal/external stakeholders for successful completion of project deliverables. • Coordinate with delivery team to ensure hiring is on schedule to meet the project requirements. • Supervise and report on the knowledge transfer process including documentation •
