💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers via calls to pitch banking products: personal loans, business loans, credit cards, fixed deposits, line of credit, etc.
- Perform VKYC for customer onboarding and identity verification
- Manage inbound customer queries and ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers via calls and emails
- Cross-sell other banking products and generate referral business
- Track customer transactions and identify opportunities for product bundling
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through structured outreach
- Promote digital banking services for enhanced customer experience
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking/finance/telesales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven with a passion for customer service and digital banking
- Familiarity with CRM tools and banking products is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
