Drive core sales through tele-calling & customer relationship management.

Promote and cross-sell banking & financial products including:

Fixed Deposits (FD) & Recurring Deposits (RD)

Manage customer queries efficiently via voice/blended process.

Ensure adherence to banking policies and compliance.

Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate.

Comfortable with tele-sales / core sales roles.

Knowledge/experience in banking & insurance products preferred.
