🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer portfolios through phone-based relationship management.
- Drive cross-selling of banking products – Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Online Trading, etc.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Conduct outbound calls and provide end-to-end customer service.
- Enhance customer satisfaction while meeting compliance standards.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in BPO Sales, Phone Banking, or Relationship Management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual candidates will be an added advantage.
