Validate data entered by indexers according to process guidelines

Check and select correct preauthorization details

Identify duplicate claims and take necessary actions

Review alerts related to members and providers and act accordingly

Refer cases to the calling team where additional information is required

Validate entries made by data entry operators

Handle policy and non-policy messages effectively

Refer cases to departments such as HCS, TMT, Triage during adjudication

Investigate claims to identify overcharges, ineligible charges, fraud, or contract violations

Identify front-end savings by thoroughly examining claim details
