Key Responsibilities

Identify new markets & generate leads through field activities

Conduct canopy activities, leaflet distribution & cold calling

Handle cross-sell & referral leads
-
Manage end-to-end loan process (login → disbursement)

Counsel customers on documentation & sanction process
-
Maintain client relationships for retention & repeat business

Coordinate with collections for EMI recovery (if required)

Build builder & business community networks
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate
(BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE etc.) -
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
