IDFC FIRST Bank is conducting a Walk-In Interview for the position of Associate Relationship Manager – Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) at Kakinada.

To provide excellent client servicing, drive home loan and LAP sales, and strengthen customer relationships through efficient financial solutions and high-quality service delivery.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new market opportunities and generate leads through local marketing activities like canopy events, leaflet distribution, and cold calling.
• Manage and service leads referred by cross-functional teams and other channels.
• Ensure a seamless process from loan login to disbursement, including counselling and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisition and product penetration.
• Support collections by assisting in EMI recovery for default cases.
• Build relationships with builders, business communities, and local market channels to enhance business reach.

🎓 Education & Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Graduate (BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or equivalent)
• Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Candidates with prior NBFC or banking experience preferred)
• Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
