👥 Experience Required: 6 – 10 years
🕘 Shift Timing:
- Male: Between 7:00 AM – 12:30 AM (Any 9.5 hours, includes night shifts)
- Female: Between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Any 9.5 hours)
📅 Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational offs)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of inbound customer service representatives
- Monitor AHT (Average Handling Time), team performance, and quality scores
- Handle escalations, reduce attrition, and implement project goals
- Conduct training to enhance team communication and service delivery
- Maintain compliance with BPO standards and internal policies
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Age Limit: Up to 37 years
- Must have BPO Customer Service experience with a voice process background
- Prior experience in team management and project handling
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
