Job Role or Description
- Conduct reviews of guidelines prescribed by regulators (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI)
- To understand the regulatory risk across different businesses and execute the necessary testing to check the effectiveness of the controls
- Identify issues impacting risks under review, evaluate the efficiency of controls and presenting sustainable compliance controls to mitigate the risks
- Identify changes in rules and regulations and the impact on monitoring and testing activities
- Ability to do multiple reviews while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- To apply different review techniques to maximize assurance provided
- Preparation of compliance testing plan and deliver reviews within assigned time, and meeting quality expectations
- Prepare well-written, comprehensive, and timely reports for senior management.
- An analytical mindset, able to see the complexities of procedures and regulations.
- Computation of compliance risk score and preparation of presentation for Risk Committee
