Job Description – Business Analyst
The selected candidate will prepare management information system (MIS) reports, analyse business performance and provide financial insights to support management decisions.
The position requires strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, costing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, along with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Reporting and Business Performance Analysis
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Develop management presentations to track organisational performance.
- Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational reporting data.
- Provide timely insights to support management decisions.
2. Manufacturing Finance and Profitability Analysis
- Analyse plant profitability and product margins.
- Evaluate manufacturing costs and working capital efficiency.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Support improvements in manufacturing financial performance.
- Analyse business performance and recommend corrective actions.
3. Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Support annual budgeting activities.
- Prepare and assist with rolling forecasts.
- Participate in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets.
4. Financial Modelling and Business Analysis
- Develop financial models and analytical tools.
- Evaluate business scenarios and strategic opportunities.
- Analyse financial data to support business planning.
- Provide insights for management reviews and decision-making.
5. Business Partnering and Strategic Projects
- Collaborate with operations, sales and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with global teams to provide financial insights.

- Assist with Capital Expenditure (Capex) evaluations.
- Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
