Job Description – Sales MIS and Financial Analyst Manager
The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive reporting and financial analysis support for effective monitoring and business decision-making.
The selected candidate will handle reporting activities related to sales, contribution, stock management, audit compliance and tax reporting. The role also involves preparing regular MIS reports and supporting management review presentations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily and Projected Sales Reporting
- Prepare the daily NODT report for PAN India operations.
- Prepare projected NODT reports with reference to projected monthly volume.
- Ensure timely preparation and circulation of sales-related reports.
2. Weekly Contribution Analysis
- Prepare weekly contribution reports at customer and district levels.
- Highlight district-wise contribution status against targets.
- Identify cases where contribution targets have not been achieved.
- Analyse and report reasons for missed targets.
3. Stock Management and Reconciliation
- Prepare weekly damaged stock status reports, state-wise and depot-wise.
- Share stock-related reports with the RMX team.
- Prepare monthly state-wise contribution reports.
- Prepare monthly closing stock reports.
- Perform warehouse-wise stock reconciliation.
4. Audit and Compliance Support
- Assist external auditors by providing required reports.
- Support cost audit activities and prepare reports as required.
- Coordinate with the indirect tax team for annual reporting requirements.
5. Management Reporting
- Support the preparation of IR, MBR and MPR presentations.
- Provide financial and operational reports to support management decisions.
- Analyse reporting data and highlight relevant business performance insights.
Eligibility Criteria
