Languages Required: Proficiency in Kannada or Malayalam (verbal + written)
🔍 Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct call audits and generate actionable insights
✅ Offer structured feedback and coaching to agents
✅ Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
✅ Support calibrations and quality monitoring sessions
✅ Follow up on escalations and dissatisfied customer cases
✅ Work closely with SMEs and Assistant Managers on performance planning
✅ Analyze process and product-related changes for quality enhancement
✅ Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years as a Quality Analyst

Telecom BPO experience is a strong plus

Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is preferred

Strong interpersonal and language skills (Kannada or Malayalam)
