 Job Description (Short)

• Handle customer support calls in Kannada and English
• Resolve customer complaints and service requests
• Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
• Perform inbound/outbound support activities

 Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Proficiency in Kannada & English is mandatory
• Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs
