- Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNI) customers
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships under Imperia/Preferred banking
- Cross-sell banking and wealth products based on client profiles
- Drive portfolio growth, retention, and revenue targets
- Maintain hygiene parameters and ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage escalations
- Promote digital banking and ensure optimal product penetration
- Collaborate with other verticals – credit, asset, insurance, and investment teams
✅ Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, wealth management, or HNI relationship handling
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Preferred Certifications:
- AMFI (Mutual Fund)
- IRDA (Insurance)
- NCFM (Optional)
- Skills Required:
- Strong sales, networking & influencing skills
- Sound knowledge of financial products
