Job Role or Description

• 1) To be part of the Transformation team within Finance for the key initiative of Digital transformation project.
• 2) Can take charge of one functional module and work with Finance team and other key stakeholders in the end to end cycle. This starts from process re-engineering, finalization of design, data management to ensure data migration is adequate, testing, change management and training.
• 3) Should have played a key role in any ERP transformation project in last 2- 3 years.
• 4) Should have experience to Financial Close/ AP (P2P), AR (O2C), GL (R2R)
• Financial close: Quarterly / annual – financials and financial reporting in accordance with IndAS and IFRS. Month-end close process, detailed review of unit TB, significant entries. Flash / MIS reports, Variance Analysis
• Revenue Assurance: Review and monitoring on Revenue Assurance Process, Exposure to Ind AS115, Month Close, Compliance Requirements, Setting up controls, Critical review of Customer contracts and provide insights on financial implication
• Financial analysis and reporting; and support data driven decisions; preparation of Budget, short and long range forecasts for the businesses, create/ generate and analyze reports, analysis metrices impacting the financials
• 5) Self -starter and ability to build network and collaborate with cross- functional teams
• Qualification: CA/ ICWA – Inter / MBA (Tier 2 Institutes)
• Work Experience:Post MBA 3 – 5 Years / 5 – 7 Years for CA / ICWA Inter. Experience in Finance, Accounts and audit with hands on experience in aforesaid areas.
