Handle inbound and outbound calls from students and parents

Guide applicants through course selection, admissions, and financial aid processes

Assist in application completion and documentation

Schedule virtual/campus visits and follow-ups

Support enrollment and admission formalities
✅ Eligibility & Skills:

Education: Graduates/Undergraduates (Except B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, and Law)

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English

Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Other: Strong multitasking and collaborative abilities
