📌 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil & English

Resolve queries and provide prompt customer service

Maintain communication professionalism and customer satisfaction

Meet minimum typing speed of 22 WPM with 85% accuracy

Participate in HR, operations, and technical rounds
