Job Description/Skills Required
- To prepare, evaluate the LAP lending proposals for Working Capital as well as Term Lending facilities. The incumbent will be required to appraise proposals (Fresh / Enhancement /Renewal) in keeping with the laid down policy guidelines.
- To recommend or decision LAP lending proposals as per the product/ policy and as per delegated powers.
- To ensure portfolio quality for the Product in the location, while maintaining the service levels to the customer (Internal and External).
- To monitor non-starters/Cheque bounce trends, the incumbent will also be required to interact with the customers in the portfolio on an ongoing basis for credit related issues.
- Maintaining the desired TAT.
- To visit the prospective customers and get a sense of the actual level of operation.
- To manage, appoint the local vendors, (legal, RCU and valuation etc).
- The Incumbent will be required to closely coordinate with the SMs and ASMs to ensure watch-listed, delinquent and exit customers are followed up regularly.
