✅ Key Responsibilities:

Area Mapping:
Conduct regular area/lane mapping to identify new sources in assigned geographies. -
Source Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with all lead sources. -
Daily Reporting:
Maintain daily sales activity reports in prescribed formats. -
Channel Partner Recruitment:
Identify and recruit new channel partners as needed. -
Team Meetings:
Attend daily huddles and update progress with the reporting manager. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. -
Application Handling:
Ensure all loan files are complete and submitted with accurate documentation.
🎓 Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any stream
-
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferred)

BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) background is an added advantage

Good communication skills
-
Willing to travel locally for fieldwork
