Position: HR Operations Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping
- Help maintain HR databases and update employee information
- Coordinate with various departments for payroll, compliance, and benefits
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment
CTC: 16k to 17k

Designation: HR Consultant (Contractual Role)
Contract Period: 1 Year (Renewable – Payroll of HDFC Life)
