🎯 Job Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products (Credit Cards, Accounts, Loans, Deposits, Mutual Funds, etc.)
✔ Manage customer queries & complaints effectively
✔ Assist in financial transactions (FD opening, Funds transfer, DD/Manager’s Cheque requests)
✔ Ensure process adherence & compliance with banking regulations
✔ Maintain service quality standards and achieve call quality benchmarks
✔ Proper logging & follow-up of customer complaints
✔ Escalate unresolved cases to supervisors when necessary
✔ Ensure prompt hotlisting of Debit/Credit/Prepaid cards upon customer request
✔ Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
