✔ Handle inbound/outbound chat & voice support
✔ Respond to customer queries/issues professionally
✔ Provide solutions within company policies
✔ Replicate customer issues & escalate necessary cases
✔ Assist with technical queries (domains, hosting, servers, emails, SSL, etc.)
✔ Ensure excellent customer service & satisfaction
✔ Upsell relevant products based on customer needs
✔ Collaborate with internal teams for better support
✔ Maintain deep understanding of client policies & processes
📜 Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Freshers only (0 years of experience)
✔ Graduation in any discipline (except law)
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication in English
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
