β Handle inbound/outbound chat & voice support
β Respond to customer queries/issues professionally
β Provide solutions within company policies
β Replicate customer issues & escalate necessary cases
β Assist with technical queries (domains, hosting, servers, emails, SSL, etc.)
β Ensure excellent customer service & satisfaction
β Upsell relevant products based on customer needs
β Collaborate with internal teams for better support
β Maintain deep understanding of client policies & processes
π Eligibility Criteria:
β Freshers only (0 years of experience)
β Graduation in any discipline (except law)
β Excellent written & verbal communication in English
β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
