📝 Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our Retail Agri Banking team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for promoting agricultural lending products, handling customer relationships, and ensuring high service quality in the rural segment.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strong relationships with farmers and agri-entrepreneurs

Promote and sell agri-loan products such as Kisan Credit Cards (KCC), tractor loans, dairy loans, etc.

Conduct credit assessments and ensure accurate documentation

Achieve sales targets through direct field visits and rural outreach
-
Support the end-to-end loan process, from sourcing to disbursement

Ensure portfolio health by monitoring loan recovery and minimizing delinquency

Drive financial literacy and promote digital banking tools among rural customers
🎓 Eligibility:

Education: Any Graduate (Agriculture background preferred but not mandatory)

Experience: 3 to 8 years in rural/agri banking, agri finance, or relationship management

Strong communication, sales, and field operations skills

Willingness to travel and engage with rural customers directly
