- Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (5-day work week, 2 rotational offs)

- Provide email & chat support to global B2B customers
- Ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses
- Resolve issues with a customer-first mindset
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation
- Suggest process improvements & support continuous growth
👉 Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent typing & email etiquette
- Ability to handle customer queries with empathy & professionalism
- Familiarity with Windows & basic computer skills
- Minimum Qualification: High School / 12th Pass / Any Graduate
