Support broking teams with policy renewals, endorsements, and documentation

Perform policy checking, quoting, and compliance verifications

Maintain accurate and current repository for client deliverables

Handle communications with underwriters and brokers
-
Collaborate across teams to meet service levels and quality expectations
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Graduate (Except Law Graduates)

Experience: 0–2 years in Insurance / BPM / P&C domain

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal & written communication (English)

Knowledge of insurance lifecycle (endorsements, quoting, renewals, policy checking)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness to relocate to Madurai and work US shifts
