💼 Job Role: Virtual Relationship Banking – COP Officer

As a Sales Officer (Classic on Phone), you will engage with customers digitally and telephonically, providing world-class banking solutions and cross-selling financial products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Continuous customer engagement through portfolio management.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with accurate query resolution.

• Promote Digital Banking Services for enhanced customer experience.

• Profile customers and cross-sell products such as Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory, TPP, Assets, Cards.

• Monitor portfolio health, prevent attrition, and ensure customer retention.

• Generate income by ensuring product penetration across customer groups.

• Adhere to audit, compliance, and quality benchmarks.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports and customer interaction logs.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome).

• Strong communication & relationship management skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with ability to promote digital solutions.

• Knowledge of financial products will be an added advantage.
