About the Role
As part of the Retail Branch Banking (RBB) team, selected candidates will play a crucial role in customer acquisition, relationship management, and banking product sales.
You will be responsible for offering financial solutions, ensuring superior customer service, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell bank products such as CASA, Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.
- Handle day-to-day branch banking operations and customer service requests.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.
- Contribute to branch sales and revenue growth through proactive engagement.
- Assist walk-in customers with banking solutions and product queries.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with banking or financial sales experience preferred.
