JOB ROLES – (Multiple Openings)
Preferred RM
- Responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs , retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.
PB Classic
- Is responsible for Classic portfolio management by acquisition of new Classic customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers. Acquiring family accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
PB-Sales
- To build and manage relationship with Classic program clients so as to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales of all appropriate Assets, Liability and Cash management products of the bank
