Role & responsibilities
NTB acquisition basis leads received from online portal/third party website leads,
India branches & overseas NRI centers through non face to face process
Coordinating and following up with customers on documentation process for opening of NR accounts.
Follow up for funding of accounts post account opening.
Driving superior lead conversion with minimal leakage. Tracking
FTNR to ensure accounts are opened/converted with minimal FTNR% Clear understanding of non face to face account opening process across different countries.
