Provide on-the-job product training to new joiners

Maintain MIS for allocated pool

Motivate callers to achieve targets and handle escalations

Coordinate with Bank FPRs and Collection agencies

Manage critical cases and prepare team strategies

Review team performance regularly (daily, weekly, monthly)

Manage absenteeism and ensure smooth workflow

Act as liaison between departments
